Refund policy

1. Custom work. Every zeda project is made to measure. Time and resources are committed as soon as a project starts.

2. No refunds once work has started. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, including strategy, research and first concepts.

3. Before work starts. If a project is cancelled after signature but before work begins, the conditions in the quote or contract apply.

4. Revisions, not refunds. If something is not right, we fix it within the revision rounds set in your contract.

5. Termination. Either party may end the agreement with 15 days' written notice. Work done up to that date is due and payments already made are not refunded. See our Terms of sale.
