1. Who we are. zeda, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, is responsible for the personal data collected on zeda.agency. Contact: info@zeda.agency.

2. What we collect. The information you send us through the contact form or by email (name, email, company, project details), and basic technical data collected by Shopify and cookies (device, browser, pages visited).

3. Why we use it. To answer your request, prepare quotes, deliver and invoice our services, and improve the website. We never sell your data.

4. Legal basis. Your consent, the preparation or performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the agency.

5. Who we share it with. Only the providers we need to work: Shopify (website hosting), email and file-sharing tools, payment providers and our accountant. They process data under their own privacy terms.

6. Cookies. The site uses cookies needed to run it and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage them in your browser or the cookie banner.

7. How long we keep it. Contact requests for up to 2 years. Client and invoicing records for as long as UAE law requires.

8. Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@zeda.agency. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or Switzerland, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

9. Security. We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No transfer over the internet is 100% secure.

10. International transfers. Our tools may store data outside your country. We only use providers that offer adequate protection.

11. Applicable law. This policy follows the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, for clients in the EU or Switzerland, the GDPR and the Swiss FADP.

12. Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
